Maple View Acres is nestled just South of the beautiful Washougal River located high upon the ridge overlooking the Washougal River Valley in Southwest Washington. Many of Maple View Acres parcels offer spectacular panoramic views of the Gifford Pinchot National Forest, Silver Star Mountain Scenic Area, Larch Mountain, Bobs Mountain and more. We're located just outside of the Columbia Gorge National Scenic Area in Skamania County, WA.

Maple View Acres is approximately a 100 acre community of 10 Estate Lots ranging in different acreages. We're located approximately 10 miles up the Washougal River Road from State Hwy 14 out of the town of Washougal and approximately 6 Miles from State HWY 14 and Salmon Falls Road in the Columbia Gorge.
